Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and download service ("the service", "we", "us"), which is operated by a private individual. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live, if higher), to use the service.

2. What the service does

The service accepts a video URL that you provide, asks a third-party extraction engine to read publicly available information about that video, and — where technically possible — prepares a temporary copy of the file for you to download. The service is a technical tool. It is not a media library, a hosting service, or a backup service. It is funded by advertising: a display advertisement is embedded in the page, and pressing download opens a sponsored page in a new tab. Advertisements are served by third parties and we do not control, endorse, or verify what they promote; any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.

3. Permitted use

You may use the service only to download content that you are legally entitled to save, including:

• content you created yourself;
• content you have explicit permission from the rights holder to download;
• content published under a licence that permits your intended use;
• content you may copy under a legal exception that applies to you, such as fair use or fair dealing.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for what you submit and what you do with the result. We do not review, verify, or authorise your use of any download.
• You must comply with copyright law, database rights, personality rights, and the terms of service of the platform the content came from.
• You must not rely on this service as a permanent archive. Temporary files are deleted automatically.
• You are responsible for keeping any credentials for your own devices and networks secure.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the service to:

• download content you have no right to copy, or to infringe any intellectual-property right;
• access private, friends-only, members-only, paid, or otherwise restricted content, or attempt to bypass DRM, paywalls, age gates, login requirements, or any other access control;
• submit credentials, session cookies, or authentication tokens belonging to you or anyone else;
• download, store, or distribute unlawful material, including material that sexualises minors, incites violence, or violates another person's privacy;
• conduct mass, automated, or scripted extraction; scrape accounts, profiles, or catalogues; or evade rate limits;
• probe, scan, overload, or attack the service or its hosting infrastructure, or interfere with other users;
• resell, sublicense, or wrap the service in a commercial product without written permission;
• remove or falsify rights-management information, watermarks, or attribution.

6. Service limitations

Availability is not guaranteed. A given link may fail at any time because the source platform changed its player, restricted the content, blocked the server's region, or because the extraction engine has not yet been updated. Formats, qualities, and file sizes are whatever the source reports; nothing is invented, upscaled, or guaranteed.

The service runs within finite resources. Downloads may be queued, rate-limited, time-limited, or size-limited, and temporary files are removed after a short retention period. Features may be added, changed, or withdrawn without notice.

7. Third-party platforms and trademarks

The service is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, yt-dlp, or any other platform or project. All platform names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Your relationship with each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms.

8. No legal advice, no guarantee of lawfulness

We do not tell you whether a particular download is lawful where you live. Copyright exceptions differ significantly between countries, and platform terms may prohibit downloading even where copyright law would permit it. If you are unsure, obtain legal advice or ask the rights holder for permission.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that any link will work, that a file will be complete or playable, that a download will finish within a given time, or that the service will be available at any particular moment. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of this service and anyone acting on their behalf, contributors, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the service — including claims relating to content you downloaded, content you failed to download, or content that was deleted on schedule.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total aggregate liability is limited to [Amount and currency, e.g. USD 0 / the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months]. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of this service against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own wilful misconduct.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or block access — by IP address, network, or otherwise — immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe the service is being used unlawfully, to infringe rights, to attack the service, or in breach of these terms. Because the service has no accounts, "termination" means technical restriction of access. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be flagged on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought before the courts of the operator's country of residence, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to sue locally.
